Discontinuous production

Closely related to classic trade bakery, discontinuous production allows wide ranges to be produced in impressive quantities, efficiently and largely automated. The individual process islands for cooling and freezing are linked with the remaining production process via transport conveyors and loading elements, but are highly autonomous within the overall system and make custom processes relatively easy to implement.

Continuous production

Large batches, high production expectations and a limited variety of products are reasons to choose continuous production. Optimal linkage of the individual processes play an important roll in achieving good results - even in our automated bakery refrigeration units. All of our flow-through freezers convert the time it takes to cool the products into distance and are custom-tailored for your individual tasks.
