Wagon Ovens

Convection & Thermal Oil
The wagon oven is a clever combination of the rack oven (efficient loading) and the multi-deck (baking on heating tray units). In addition to your complete line of bakery wares, the wagon oven model can be used to bake your specialties as well. The roll-in baking trays lie above the heating units, which transfer the gentle flow of thermal oil heat.
